What Dirk stands for:

Dirk is equipped with almost two decades of experience in Corporate Human Resources and several years as senior consultant and Executive Coach. He is an expert on transformation and organizational behavior and is passionate about good project management and successful implementation. Dirk is a respected coach to leaders and teams and serves mainly US clients.


His professional journey:

Dirk holds a Master of Art in Social Sciences from the University of Goettingen, is a certified 360 Coach and HBDI® practitioner. He started his career with Norsk Hydro in 1997, moved to CLAAS Harvesting Machinery in 2002 and has since then gathered extensive experience in both Roche and Novartis Pharmaceuticals in Germany, Switzerland and the US.

In 2013, Dirk decided to change the sides and continues to serve corporates as an external consultant. Since then he has successfully run projects for various clients in Aviation, Machinery, Automotive and Pharmaceuticals.


What Marcia stands for:

With over 30 years of experience working in corporate organizations, where she built and managed cross-functional and multi-cultural teams, Marcia is a professional coach and change management/organization development consultant who helps individuals and organizations cultivate healthier work and personal relationships. Using kindness and transparency aligned with operational excellence, she has coached and managed individuals and teams to become more collaborative, high-performing, and capable of meeting their personal and business goals.


Her professional journey:

Marcia holds a Master’s degree in Organization Development from Saybrook University (USA) and an MBA from Universidade São Paulo (Brazil). She is an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and Prosci Certified Change Practitioner.

Fluent in English, Spanish, and native Portuguese speaker, she worked in multinational organizations, including 20 years at Microsoft, where she managed teams in Brazil, Latin America, and the United States. She has designed, launched, and led projects that enabled organizational change, simplified decision making, and strengthened employee engagement. 

Marcia is a life-long learner committed to enabling herself and others to live intentional, relevant, and happy lives and to contribute to progress in the world.



What Thomas stands for:

In 25+ years of executive career, Thomas held leadership positions in diverse industries during multiple international assignments in Europe, Asia and the U.S. His focus lies on the development of people and teams in environments of constant change. Therefore, turnaround and startup management as well as scaling businesses are his strengths. Thomas is known to build trusted relationships with his business partners. 


His professional journey:

Thomas holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Cologne, Germany. He started his career in the steel trading industry before he moved into the manufacturing environment in the B2C sector at first and later in the B2B environment. Thomas spent 15 years establishing and growing business in Asia/Pacific as well as in the Americas for Hettich before he took the helm at Zentis North America in 2015.   

He is also on the Board of Directors of the German American Chamber of Commerce of the Midwest. 



What Alexander stands for:

Alexander is a mechanical and electrical engineer with an international management background in manufacturing engineering and plant operations from the automotive and industrial sectors with MBAs from London and Columbia Business School.


His professional journey:

My career has developed from the optimization of production processes and technology on the shop-floor, managing in line functions including plant management to helping organizations as advisor, interim manager and hands-on coach.
